Warranty Policy

We make every effort to ensure that every product that leaves our facilities or comes from our brand partnerships is defect-free. If you do happen to come across a factory defect, we will do everything we can to make it right. If you have any problems during the warranty period for any product, Moman service team will confirm the malfunction and perform maintenance service if necessary. The following is the extended warranty window for certain products bought from momanx.com:

 This warranty does not cover:

  • Faults resulted from inappropriate use of a product without following its operation specification;
  • Artificial damage, e.g. crash, squeeze, scratch, or soaking;
  • Modifications to a product by its user or a third party without prior written consent of Moman, SYNCO, or COLBOR, e.g. replacement of element or circuit, label alteration;
  • The code on product is inconsistent with that of warranty certificate, or the code on the product or warranty certificate is altered or torn off;
  • All consumable accessory attached to a product, like wind muff, battery, and cover;
  • Faults as a result of force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, etc.

This warranty covers only the original end-user purchaser or renter from an authorized dealer.

Shipping

1. Products with quality-related issues.

Momanx.com will be responsible for shipping fees (up to 10USD). Get in touch with our service staff to begin the return process. You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and use it to return the items to Moman.

2. Products with no quality-related issues.

Purchasers are responsible for return shipping costs if there is no defect with the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
